Position Title: Client Relationship Manager

Position Description

Step into an instrumental role as a Client Relationship Manager with CornerStone Financial Group, a Private Wealth Financial Advisory practice with Ameriprise Financial. This role will help to fulfill the company’s mission with a focus on fostering professional relationships with peers and with clients.

The Client Relationship Manager will primarily assist with overseeing the financial planning workflow and delivering high quality client experience. This position will consistently follow high standards of business and professional ethics and legal and regulatory requirements when dealing with others and/or performing work activities.

This role provides client relationship support through managing, gathering and analyzing client data, helping prepare preliminary financial plans and other client deliverables, working with clients to resolve issues and other practice management tasks as needed.

Responsibilities and time allocation may change over time to meet the needs of the practice and can include other duties as assigned by the advisor or firm.

Position Functions:

  • Provide an exemplary level of client service
  • Responsible for overseeing financial planning process for clients
  • Prepare client agendas and forms in alignment with practice preferences for all client meetings
  • Review and update client information as needed
  • Responsible for completing insurance proposals and re-projections
  • Owner of meeting follow up process and business processing action items
  • Maintaining status of future business opportunities
  • Owner of required minimum distributions process
  • Responsible for follow-up with home office on business related matters
  • Responsible for documenting client contact/calls
  • Manage and resolve client service matters
  • Conduct trades and transaction requests as directed by financial advisor
  • Attend and participate in client meetings, as necessary
  • Maintain files and records in accordance with the records retention policy
  • Gain thorough understanding of investment products available to clients
  • Creation and completion of various forms applicable to changes in clients accounts

Education and Other Designations:

  • College degree or higher
  • 2 years of similar experience
  • Already have or be able to study for and pass exams for federal and state licenses and registrations for securities, including Series 7, Series 66, and State life, accident and health insurance licenses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
